CORE CLASS

CYCLE– Cardio intervals perform on spinning bikes

KICK BOXING CARDIO- Perform various kick boxing moves combined with cardio

Do you prefer 1-On-1 Training?  Individual Sessions are available starting at $70 per hr.  ($35 for half hr.)  Ask how to save up to 20% off.

He has a diverse background with experience in youth/college strength and conditioning, medical fitness, nutrition and weight loss. His experience and education allows him to work with a wide variety of clientele and guide them on a path to success.
