About
Billy has devoted his career in the fitness industry helping people move better, move often and live happier. He has a diverse background with experience in youth/college strength and conditioning, medical fitness, nutrition and weight loss.  His experience and education allows him to work with a wide variety of clientele and guide them on a path to success.

Background:
Kim has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years.  She started teaching water aerobics straight out of high school and fell in love with teaching classes and personal training.  Through the years she has taught a variety of classes, managed a multimillion dollar fitness club, and was a multidepartment director for the YMCA.  Kim now enjoys personal training exclusively at Lake Jovita and teaches many classes at Lake Jovita, Wesley Chapel Florida Hospital, Retroflex, and the YMCA.

Specialty:
Kim is passionate about helping people lose weight, increase flexibility, and overall improve their health.   She is very dedicated to helping people with their personal fitness and health goals.  Kim can help people achieve their goals in group settings or one-on-one.

Debbie Milton

Background
Debbie has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She was first certified as a Jazzercise instructor in 1991. After running a Jazzercise studio for 5 years, she opened her own fitness center in Dade City, where she offered personal training, aerobics classes and weight management counseling to clients and members. She created a body building team and coached many participants to compete on local, state and national levels. Debbie had a successful career competing in bodybuilding and continues to compete in running events ranging from 5K’s to full Marathons.

 Semi Private Training is a cost efficient way to get individualized personal training with the same benefits of one on one training. Workout in a group of 2 up to 6 people with guidance from your personal trainer. Start your own group or ask about joining a group today. All fitness levels are able to perform semi private training becuase it’s individualized to you.

Join Us Tuesdays at 4pm for a low impact, fat shredding, cardio workout!

HIIT High Intensity Interval Training. Classs mixes strength and cardiovascular training.
Body Fit – Low intensity variety class geared to increase flexibility, muscular, and cardiovascular fitness.
TRX Training – Total body strength training using suspension trainers.
Spinning – Calorie burning cardio workout using stationary bicycles.
Intervals – Total body workout mixing weights and cardio.
Cardio Kick – High intensity cardio mixed with kick boxing moves.
Yoga – Relax, lengthen and balance the body with various poses.
R.R. Cardio PrepReindeer Run preseason training blending spinning, intervals and running.
