Billy has devoted his career in the fitness industry helping people move better, move often and live happier. He has a diverse background with experience in youth/college strength and conditioning, medical fitness, nutrition and weight loss. What is Hybrid Training? It is a combination of Personal Training and Group Fitness. This format allows you to get the Programming and Supervision of 1-ON-1 Personal Training, while working at your own pace in a Group Setting. Workouts are tailored to your individual needs and goals. All fitness levels are welcome to join.
When/Where: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10am in the Lake Jovita Fitness Center
Cost: $12.50 Per Session (Monthly Commitment, based on 8 sessions per month = $100)
